About us

This website is run by That Mug Store ("we", "us"), That Mug Store, Suite 18, Chiltern Business Centre, 63-65 Woodside Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP6 6AA, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@thatmugstore.com.

Your order

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order, which happens when your item is sent to print. We may decline an order, for example if a personalisation breaks the rules below, and if we do we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any taxes we are required to charge. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Personalisation

We print exactly what you type, so please check spelling, spacing and capital letters before ordering. You are responsible for the text you submit and confirm that you have the right to use it. We will not print anything that is offensive, unlawful, or that uses someone else's trade mark, brand or protected content, and we may cancel and refund an order that does.

Delivery

Every item is printed to order. Our delivery times and charges are set out on our Delivery and Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but if your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will help.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an order for a non-personalised item within 14 days of receiving it, and return it unused in its original packaging. This right does not apply to personalised items, which are made to your specification. Our Refund policy explains how returns work.

Faulty or damaged items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act are not affected. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it.

Our designs

All designs on this website are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reproduce them without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of the part of the UK where you live.
