How long will my mug take?
Every mug is printed to order, which takes 2 to 5 working days, then it goes out by tracked delivery with a tracking link by email.
Can I see my personalised mug before I order?
Yes. Type the name on the product page and the mug updates as you go. Drag it round to see it from every side.
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, both. For the longest-lasting print, a gentle cycle helps.
How big is the mug?
11oz (330ml), about 9.5cm tall and 8.2cm across. A proper brew size.
How much is delivery?
£3.95, or free when you spend £25 or more.
Can I change my order?
Email hello@thatmugstore.com as soon as possible. If it hasn't gone to print yet, we'll change it for you.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, to the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Those orders are printed close to you and sent from there.
Can you make a design I have in mind?
