Delivery

Every mug is printed to order, so please allow 2 to 5 working days for it to be printed and packed. It then goes out by tracked delivery, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Delivery is £3.95, and free on orders of £25 or more.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the UK, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Orders outside the UK are printed close to you and sent from there, so they arrive quicker and without import charges in most cases. Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days and international orders within 3 to 8 working days.

Returns

Arrived damaged or faulty?

Sorry about that. Email hello@thatmugstore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the broken mug back.

Changed your mind?

Designs that aren't personalised can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Email us first and we'll explain how to send it back. Once it arrives, we'll refund the price of the mug.

Personalised mugs

Because we print them with your words, personalised mugs can't be returned for a change of mind. Please check the spelling before you order. If we get something wrong, we'll put it right.
